一、 基本情况:

刘敏,男,龙虎游戏稳赢方法自动化系教授,博士生导师,副院长;

国家高层次青年人才(教 育 部 青 年 长 江 学 者);

湖南省杰出青年基金获得者;

机器人视觉感知与控制技术国家工程实验室主任助理(主任: 王耀南院士);

机械工业先进制造视觉检测与控制技术重点实验室主任;

视觉感知与人工智能湖南省重点实验室副主任;

中国图象图形学学会组织建设工作委员会秘书长;

中国图象图形学学会会员发展与服务工作委员会副主任。

 

二、个人简介:

2004年和2007年分别获得北京大学信息学院学士、硕士学位,2012年获得美国加州大学河滨分校电子工程博士学位,研究领域主要有机器视觉和模式识别。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项以及湖南省杰出青年基金等多个科研项目,在IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging、CVPR、ICCV等国际顶级期刊和会议上发表学术论文60余篇,科研成果获2020年湖南省科学技术创新团队奖。

 

现担任《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《Journal of Intelligent and Robotic Systems》等期刊编委和《自动化学报(英文版)》青年编委。中国人工智能学会模式识别专业委员会委员、中国自动化学会模式识别与机器智能专业委员会委员、中国图象图形学学会视觉认知与计算专委会委员,长沙市“人工智能及机器人产业链”科技特派员。近5年指导的学生中,先后有12名同学获研究生国家奖学金,3名同学获评湖南省优秀毕业生,2名同学毕业论文获评湖南省优秀硕士学位论文。

 

Min Liu is a Professor at Hunan University. He received his bachelor degree from Beijing University and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. He was a research intern in HHMI Janelia Farm Research Campus and a research scientist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning.
