一、基本情况

周全,男,汉族,1989年出生于湖南湘阴,龙虎游戏稳赢方法教授、岳麓学者、IEEE高级会员。师从美国工程院院士、IEEE Life FellowMohammad Shahidehpour教授,作为核心技术骨干参与其导师主持的微电网运行控制重点科研项目6项(科研经费超过1300万美元),其中美国能源部4项。发表学科顶级论文50余篇,ESI高被引论文2篇。主持研制的自治协同分布式控制与通信系统落地应用于交直流混合微电网Keating HallCrown Hall,以及全美首批互联微电网IIT-Bronzeville Microgrid Cluster,有力支撑了新型电力系统可控性与安全性,以及可再生能源的高效消纳,形成了有实效、可推广的典型应用模式,得到了彭博社、能源新闻网、美国商业资讯等多家知名媒体的关注和报道。

联合创立IEEE互联微电网工作组并任执行秘书多次主持专题研讨,担任IEEE高级会员评审委员和CSEE特刊编委,担任《IEEE Transactions on Power Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid》、《IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy》等20余本国际知名期刊评审专家,数次获得MPCE、TSGTSTE等国际期刊最佳评审专家奖。

三、主要研究方向与研究生招生

主要研究新型电力系统运行机理与智能控制,坚持基础理论创新与工程应用实践相结合,致力于攻克从常规电力系统到“双高”、广域互联协同、信息物理融合、多能流耦合的新型电力系统转型中的系列技术难题,推动以新能源为主体的新型电力系统建设,切实助力“碳达峰、碳中和”目标实现,具体包括:

(1) 新一代分布式控制与通信技术

(2) 新型电力系统的信息物理安全

(3) 电力电子化电力系统稳定机理

(4) 智能综合能源系统的能量管理

(5) 新型电力系统数据分析与应用

每年招收1-2名博士、4-6名硕士研究生,欢迎电气工程、自动化控制、通信工程、计算机、应用数学等专业方向以及有交叉学科背景的学生联系、咨询、报考。本课题组注重培养学生的科学兴趣与研究能力,要求具有一定的数学功底(包括最优化、矩阵理论、数值计算等)和计算机应用能力(包括基本编程、软件开发、大数据分析等)。

本研究团队与伊利诺伊理工大学、斯坦福大学、丹麦科技大学、南洋理工等高校科研机构建立了长期可靠的合作机制,能够充分利用上述国际著名科研团队的科研条件和技术积累,可以为优秀博士研究生提供海外访学机会,以及推荐优秀硕士研究生到国外知名大学攻读博士学位。
